Linear Displacement Transmitters

Linear displacement transmitters are used to measure the displacements on:
• bending machines
• injection moulding machines
• actuator drives of valves and traps
• transport vehicles.
In addition to the above they are used for thickness and distance measurements,
in pressure gauges, machine tools, wood- and stone-working machines.
The measuring system may be potentiometric, inductive or opto-electronic.
The output signal can be resistance, voltage
or current.

Rope Length Transmitters

The determination of measuring lengths in the range from 1m up to several metres is preferably carried out by rope-length transmitters on the basis of the draw-wire measuring principle.
